  • We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card details.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

    • Product unavailability,

    • Pricing or listing errors,

    • Fraudulent/suspicious activity.

  • If your order is canceled after payment, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location. Typical delivery: 5–8 business days in India.

  • International shipping may take longer depending on customs and courier timelines.

  • A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

  • Alliance Crystals is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-returnable items include: customized products, used crystals, or items damaged due to misuse.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
