Return & Refund Policy
At Alliance Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Crystals and gemstones that show natural variations (color, size, texture) that are not considered defects.

Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photographs (if product is damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review and approve/deny the request.

If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
4. Shipping for Returns

Customers may need to bear the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

In such cases, Alliance Crystals will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you want a replacement, you must return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will instead fall under the Return Policy.

Refunds for canceled orders (before shipping) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
