Return & Refund Policy

At Alliance Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products and request a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment confirmation) is provided.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Crystals and gemstones that show natural variations (color, size, texture) that are not considered defects.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at alliancecrystalsindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photographs (if product is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review and approve/deny the request.

  4. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.


4. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may need to bear the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

  • In such cases, Alliance Crystals will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • If you want a replacement, you must return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will instead fall under the Return Policy.

  • Refunds for canceled orders (before shipping) will be processed within 7–10 business days.


8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at alliancecrystalsindia@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
